1. How do I place a order at hiver.Com

It’s easy. Browse the product categories on the home page or use the search box on the top right of your screen if you know what you’re looking for. Simply choose the product you want and view our Size Guide if you want to check the fit. Head for the checkout then enter your details and follow the instructions for delivery and payment.

2. Wich payment methods do you accept
In our webshop you can pay safely in different ways: Via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro Card and Bancontact / Mister Cash.
3. How do I set up a Hiver account?
Simply click Register at the top right of the home page (or follow the instructions while you’re at the checkout), fill in your details and choose a password to keep your account private. Click Register Now and that’s it! You can start shopping straight away – plus you can save your personal and payment details for use next time and track your order. We’ll also email you a confirmation for your new account. To log out of your account, just click Sign out. Next time you visit, click Sign In then enter your email address and password.
4. Can I change or cancel an order once I've placed it?
Once you have placed your order, it is immediately recorded in the system so that we can process them as quickly as possible. It is therefore not possible to cancel or change your ordered item (s). You can return your order.
5. How do I know you've received my order?
We’ll send you an email confirmation as soon as we have received your order. Once your order is dispatched you will receive another email so you’ll know when to expect it dependent on the delivery option you have chosen.

If we accept the order, we will pack it carefully and send it to you.

Can I have my order delivered to another address?Yes, we can can deliver our products to another address.

How can I exchange or return it ?

It can happen that your purchase is not quite what you expected, or that the size is not good. Items that you purchased through our online store, you can therefore deliver within 14 days of receiving at a PostNL post office.

With each delivery you get a delivery and retourbon. To use your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send only the return form.

Please note that articles are unworn and in original condition and with the original tags and labels. The fit of articles is of course permitted.

Upon receipt of your return, the purchase price will be refunded within 30 days.

it is only possible to place an order if you live in the Netherlands and let deliver your order to an address in the Netherlands.

What does the gift service exactly

The gift will be festively packaged in a bag along with a handwritten card with the text specified by you.

Step 1. In your basket for the “Gift Service” option;

Step 2. enter your text for the card in the ‘Gift card text’;

Step 3. Give to the shipping address of the recipient on. Costs are only € 2.75.

How do I know which size to order

You can assume that the length of your child corresponds to the size (depending on construction). Our size tables provide a guideline in choosing the right size.

If you want to give baby clothes gift at the birth of a child, it is sometimes difficult to choose the right size. Keep the length of the size and choose one size bigger when the birth weight above 3500 grams.

How to make a wish list

  2. Select the items you want to put on the wish list through the heart right clicking on the image.

For each order placed, you will receive for every 25 euros that you order from hiverstore.com a stamp on your online stampcard.When you have a full stamp card you get you a voucher of 12.50 send to youre email.This coupon can you redeem online at our website. The voucher is valid indefinitely.

-Customs stamps will be credited after the expiry of the return period (14 days) in your account..
-The Stamp is associated with an account number and not transferable, the voucher you receive from us at a full stamp card is transferable.
-A Full stamp card or voucher is not redeemable for cash refund is not possible.
